Which finish do you prefer? Not sure — help me choose Neutral black finish — Natura Reflective / mirror finish — OptiTune Both films help reduce heat, glare and daytime visibility into your home. OptiTune offers greater heat rejection; exact performance depends on the shade and glass. Selecting a finish applies the matching film to your current panes. You can still change individual panes.
Preferred shade (optional)Not sure — confirm with our team 05 — darkest 15 — medium tint 30 — lighter tint 05: Our darkest usual shade, for a noticeably darker room and strong glare reduction. Not a blackout film.15: A middle option that balances glare reduction and natural light.30: The lightest of these three shades, to keep more natural light while adding tint.
You can leave this undecided and confirm after speaking with our team. This preference applies to Natura and OptiTune panes; final shade, availability and glass suitability are confirmed before cutting. Shade codes are not an exact light-transmission percentage through your windows. Daytime privacy varies with lighting; blinds or curtains are still needed at night.
Which finish and shade should I choose? 1. Choose the look Heat, glare or daytime privacy? Both Natura and OptiTune provide these benefits. OptiTune offers greater heat rejection, depending on the shade and glass. The next choice is whether you prefer a neutral black or reflective mirror finish.
Natura — neutral black finish. A darker neutral black appearance with lower reflectivity, for customers who prefer a traditional tinted look rather than a mirror-style exterior.
OptiTune — reflective / mirror-style exterior. A reflective outside appearance with a more neutral view from inside. Like Natura, it helps reduce heat and glare and improve daytime privacy, with greater heat rejection depending on the shade and glass. Choose it when you prefer a mirror-style exterior.
2. Choose how much light to keep 05 — darkest in our usual range. Consider for media rooms or customers who prefer a noticeably darker space. It is not a blackout film.15 — a balanced starting point. Consider for bedrooms and living areas when you want glare reduction without choosing the darkest option.30 — lighter within Natura / OptiTune. Consider when keeping more natural light matters. It is still a tinted film; daytime privacy depends on the lighting and surroundings.Prefer a lighter option? PerLite 35 or 70. Ask us about these alternatives. They are usually special order; availability and pricing are confirmed individually, including for larger jobs.Keep in mind: Shade names are product grades, not a promise of an exact percentage of light through your existing glass. UV protection and heat rejection are different measurements. Reflective films do not guarantee privacy at night; use blinds or curtains when it is brighter inside.
We confirm film-to-glass suitability, the exact shade and applicable residential or commercial warranty before proceeding.

Close silhouettes may show. Do not choose it if you want a clear view outside. Choose Frost ADDED GLASS PROTECTION Security film Helps retain shattered glass and can increase resistance to forced entry as part of a suitable glazing system.
Not break-proof or burglar-proof. Film thickness, frames and attachment need professional assessment. Choose Security BROKEN-GLASS RETENTION Safety film Helps hold glass fragments together if a pane breaks. Consider it when reducing the risk from loose glass is the main goal.
Not a promise of safety-glass compliance. We must check the glass, application and required standard. Choose Safety PERSONAL ADVICE Let us recommend You do not need to know your glass or film type. Tell us about the room and upload a few photos with your enquiry.
Security and safety are different goals; solar and frosted films do not automatically provide either protection. Help me choose Selections apply to the window rows below. You can change the film for individual rows.
How do shade, privacy and glass compatibility work? Darker solar shades usually reduce more visible light. Reflective film is not a guaranteed privacy solution when lights are on inside at night. Film choice depends on the existing glass, coatings and frame. We confirm the exact product, shade, suitability and any warranty terms before supply or installation.

Count every pane. Add a row for each different pane size and film. For a matching fixed-and-sliding pair, measure the larger fixed pane and use Qty 2.
Measure each pane — not the whole window A window with four panes needs four pieces of film. Count every separate pane of glass. Enter each different pane size on its own row; use Qty only when the same measured size can be used for those panes.
1 · FIXED 2 · SLIDER 3 · PANE 4 · PANE MEASURE THIS LARGER PANE Illustration only · count all 4 panes Measure visible glass inside the frame. Record width and height in millimetres. Measuring to the nearest centimetre (10 mm) is fine, or enter your exact whole-millimetre measurement. For example, 50 cm × 115 cm is entered as 500 × 1150 mm. Do not include the frame or add extra film yourself.Matching fixed + sliding pair? The fixed pane is larger. Measure the fixed pane, then use that measurement with Qty 2 for the pair. Do not use the smaller sliding pane measurement for both. If the panes are a different shape or do not form a matching pair, measure them separately.Account for every pane. Label rows clearly, for example “Lounge — top pair”, “Lounge — bottom left” and “Lounge — bottom right”. The quantities in those rows should add up to four for a four-pane window. We add the cutting allowance. Enter glass measurements only. The calculator compares both orientations, adds 50 mm along the cut length and leaves at least 20 mm extra across standard roll widths of 610, 914, 1220 or 1524 mm. Our widest special-order roll is 1829 mm (commonly called 1830 mm); its cross-roll allowance may be reduced or waived. Your entered dimensions stay visible for the installer.Example: Enter 500 × 1150 mm. The draft film size for pricing is 550 × 1220 mm = 0.671 m² per pane. The extra film is trimmed during installation.
Only measure safely reachable panes. Include a photo of the whole window with your enquiry so we can check the layout before cutting.
